Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf actief binnen de industrie en beschikt over een technische dienst die zorgt voor gepland onderhoud, storingsoplossing en de uitvoering van vervangings- en nieuwbouwprojecten. De technische dienst werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden, operators en kwaliteitsmedewerkers om prioriteiten vast te stellen en verbeteringen in het productie- en verpakkingsproces door te voeren. In Hedel worden zowel mechanische als elektrische werkzaamheden uitgevoerd waaronder het vervangen van elektrische installaties en meet- en regelapparatuur, het verhelpen van mechanische storingen en het uitvoeren van noodreparaties. De monteur gebruikt een technisch onderhoudspakket om de staat van apparatuur te beoordelen en draagt bij aan de onderhoudsplanning. De organisatie bereidt bovendien de ingebruikname voor van een nieuwe fabriek en installeert daar nieuwe productielijnen, wat extra ontwikkelkansen biedt voor technische medewerkers. De omgeving vraagt om een flexibele, praktische houding en bereidheid om in een twee ploegendienst te werken. In de rol is er veel samenwerking met collega’s van de afdelingen productie en kwaliteit en ruimte om verbeteringen voor te stellen.
