Monteur technische dienst in dagdienst Edam Je gaat aan de slag bij een organisatie met een modern machinepark in Edam, waar dagelijks hoogwaardige folies worden geproduceerd voor sectoren als food, chemie en non-food. De sfeer is informeel en no-nonsense: er wordt hard gewerkt, maar ook samen gelachen. Je werkt binnen een solide, toekomstgerichte productieomgeving die blijft investeren in techniek én in mensen. Functieomschrijving Als monteur technische dienst ben jij de technische steunpilaar binnen het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat storingen worden voorkomen of snel worden opgelost. Naast het onderhoud werk je ook aan het verbeteren van machines - van veiligheid en ergonomie tot productiviteit. Je gaat je bezighouden met: - Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties - Lokaliseren en verhelpen van mechanische storingen - Technisch optimaliseren van het machinepark - Meedenken over technische innovaties op de werkvloer - Ondersteunen bij het aanpassen of vernieuwen van apparatuur - Incidenteel draaien van storingsdiensten (eens per 4 weken) Functie-eisen Je bent een techneut met een praktische instelling en weet van aanpakken. Storingen? Die zie jij als een mooie uitdaging. Je hebt een scherp oog voor veiligheid en werkt graag samen. Wat we graag in je terugzien: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting techniek - Enkele jaren ervaring in een technische functie - Handig met gereedschap en niet bang voor vieze handen - Teamspeler met een proactieve houding - Flexibel en bereid om af en toe storingsdienst te draaien - Leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je komt terecht in een team van zo'n 8 collega's waar techniek, samenwerking en een goede sfeer centraal staan.
