Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een technische dienst die zorgt voor het onderhoud en de continuïteit van de productieapparatuur in Gorinchem. De technische dienst bestaat uit medewerkers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud om stilstand te minimaliseren en productieprocessen soepel te laten verlopen. De Monteur Technische Dienst voert werkzaamheden uit aan mechanische en elektrotechnische installaties en is dagelijks betrokken bij het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. De werkomgeving in Gorinchem vraagt om een praktische en hands-on instelling waarbij veiligheid en het naleven van procedures belangrijk zijn. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen een gerichte introductie en begeleiding zodat ze snel zelfstandig kunnen werken binnen de technische dienst. De organisatie stimuleert het ontwikkelen van vakkennis en hands-on vaardigheden binnen de technische discipline en biedt mogelijkheden om kennis op te bouwen in onderhoudsactiviteiten en probleemoplossing. In deze functie draag je bij aan de betrouwbaarheid van de installatie en aan het soepel laten verlopen van de productieprocessen.
