Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een eigen technische dienst die zorgt voor het onderhoud en de continuïteit van de interne installaties. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in en rondom Nijkerk en worden uitgevoerd binnen een productieomgeving met een 3 ploegen systeem. De technische dienst werkt nauw samen met de productie- en engineeringafdelingen om storingen snel te verhelpen en om onderhoudswerkzaamheden efficiënt in te plannen. De organisatie hecht waarde aan veilige werkmethoden en aan een gestructureerde overdracht tussen dienstovergangen om continuïteit te waarborgen. Medewerkers in de technische dienst voeren zowel preventief onderhoud als storingsinterventies uit en dragen bij aan kleine verbeteringen om de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties te verhogen. De werkomgeving vraagt om praktische oplossingen, technisch inzicht en een hands-on mentaliteit.
