Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf met een technische dienst die zorgdraagt voor het onderhoud van machines en installaties. De technische dienst ondersteunt de productie en werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen productie en engineering om beschikbaarheid en veiligheid te waarborgen in Oud-Beijerland. Het team voert dagelijks preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en signaleert structurele verbeterpunten om de betrouwbaarheid van de processen te verhogen. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een productieomgeving waar technische vaardigheden in zowel mechanica als elektrotechniek belangrijk zijn. Medewerkers in de technische dienst dragen bij aan het oplossen van storingen, het uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud en het implementeren van kleine aanpassingen aan installaties.
