De vestiging in Rozenburg richt zich op continuïteit van productieprocessen en veiligheid en werkt met multidisciplinaire teams om operationele betrouwbaarheid te waarborgen. De organisatie besteedt aandacht aan preventief en correctief onderhoud en aan het veilig aanbieden van werkzaamheden door externe opdrachtnemers te coördineren en te controleren. Op de locatie is aandacht voor het vastleggen van technische documentatie en het gebruik van digitale onderhoudssystemen om uitval te beperken en kwaliteit te bewaken. Werken op deze locatie vraagt om naleving van interne veiligheidsregels en bestaande industrievoorschriften zoals HACCP en GMP en om samenwerking met productie-, engineering- en werkvoorbereidingsafdelingen. De locatie biedt mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en vakgerichte opleidingen gericht op onderhoud en engineering binnen een productieomgeving.
