Waar leg jij de verbinding? - Medior (3 - 10 jaar ervaring) - - - Bij Van Vulpen werken dagelijks honderden collega's met voertuigen, machines, gereedschappen en ander materieel. Als Monteur Werkplaats zorg jij ervoor dat onze mensen buiten door kunnen. Vanuit onze werkplaats in Gorinchem onderhoud, keur en repareer je uiteenlopend materieel. De ene keer los je een storing op, de andere keer voer je gepland onderhoud uit of zoek je aan de hand van een technisch schema uit waar een probleem vandaan komt. En als jij je werk goed doet, merken onze collega's buiten dat direct. - uitvoeren van onderhoud en periodieke keuringen; - uitvoeren van reparaties aan gereedschappen, machines en ander materieel; - werken met technische tekeningen, schema's en handleidingen; - stellen van diagnoses en bepalen wat nodig is om een probleem op te lossen; - signaleren wanneer onderdelen vervangen of aanvullend onderhoud uitgevoerd moet worden; - zorgen dat materieel veilig en gebruiksklaar teruggaat naar onze collega's. Je krijgt veel verschillende soorten materieel onder handen en werkt zelfstandig aan je klussen, maar kunt altijd overleggen met collega's in de werkplaats. - mbo-3 werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica, autotechniek of mobiele werktuigen; - ervaring met onderhoud, reparatie of storingen aan machines, voertuigen of technisch materieel; - technisch inzicht en de vaardigheid om storingen systematisch te onderzoeken; - een veilige en nauwkeurige manier van werken; - een praktische instelling: je ziet een probleem en wilt weten hoe je het kunt oplossen; - een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je technisch handig bent, verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor je werk en materieel pas weer vrijgeeft als je weet dat het goed zit.
