Ervaren monteur zonwering & rolluiken regio Eindhoven (€ 3820/mnd) Jij bent op zoek naar een fijne baan als monteur. Gewoon goed betaald, in een leuk team en met vaste werktijden. Geen overwerk, wél afwisseling. Je werkt graag aan mooie klussen bij scholen, bedrijven en instellingen. Je rijdt in een supernette bus met alles erop en eraan. Je vindt het leuk om met klanten om te gaan en haalt er voldoening uit om je zaken netjes te regelen. Ja? Dan zoeken wij jou! Even voor de duidelijkheid: - Overwerken? Doen we niet. We werken maandag t/m vrijdag, 38u per week. Klussen worden ruim gepland. Overuren zijn zeldzaam en nooit in het weekend. - Versleten spullen? Die worden vervangen. We werken met goed gereedschap en je rijdt een pico bello bus met alles erop en eraan. - Op je vingers kijken? Natuurlijk niet. Jij hebt de technische kennis in huis en weet precies hoe je jouw klussen goed afwerkt. En waar je hulp nodig hebt, weet je collega's te vinden. Wie we zoeken We zijn op zoek naar een verantwoordelijk type. Zo iemand waar je op kunt rekenen, en die we met een gerust hart naar klanten sturen. Uiteraard met twee rechterhanden en de technische kennis op peil. Je spreekt goed Nederlands, ziet er netjes uit en bent bereid deze mooie baan voor langere tijd aan te gaan. Wil je doorgroeien? Heb je specifieke kennis en certificeringen in montage en/of (elektro)techniek? Top! Wat je nog te leren hebt dat brengen we je graag bij. Wil je door blijven groeien en (op termijn) chef monteur worden? Daar maken we graag ruimte voor. Wat we je bieden - Een mooie baan met focus op de lange termijn. We gaan graag snel voor een vast contract. - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 3.820 (op basis van 38u/wk), afhankelijk van wat je kunt. - 8% vakantiegeld + pensioen conform CAO. - Wil je bijleren en met opleidingen of cursussen aan de slag?
