Jij draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor jouw schip, jouw team en de operatie. Met vertrouwen en overzicht stuur je de bemanning aan, houd je grip op de productie en borg je de veiligheid. Want zodra jouw schip beweegt, beweegt het project met je mee. DE POSITIE In deze rol draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw Multicat, jouw team en alle operaties aan boord. Van technisch onderhoud tot nautische beslissingen en van teamleiderschap tot contact met lokale autoriteiten, jij staat aan het roer. JOUW IMPACT Als Multicatmaster ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor alles wat er aan boord gebeurt . Jij stuurt op productie, zorgt voor een goede afstemming met het projectteam en bewaakt onze hoge QHSE-normen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Alle werkzaamheden aan boord aansturen met eindverantwoordelijkheid, en zorgen voor maximale productie in samenwerking met andere schepen, projectteams en opdrachtgevers; - Je bemanning motiveren, begeleiden en trainen tot een hecht en effectief team; - Zorgen voor volledige naleving van veiligheids- en milieuregels; - Toezien op langetermijn onderhoudsplanning in overleg met onze Fleet-afdeling; - Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor lokale autoriteiten en dienstverleners. JOUW WERKOMGEVING Je werkt aan boord van onze Multicat-schepen, daar waar het project is. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht, internationaal team dat op elkaar vertrouwt, op zee en aan wal.
