Mercure is onderdeel van International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), een hotel management bedrijf met een portfolio van zes hotels. Wat doe je als nachtreceptionist?Jij weet hoe jouw gasten op een vlotte, servicegerichte manier te helpen. Gedurende de nacht ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor al onze gasten en zorg jij voor de veiligheid van onze gasten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het in - en uitchecken van zowel onze zakelijke als leisure gasten. Je draagt zorg voor een juiste financiële afwikkeling van de dag. Tijdens je dienst ben je opmerkzaam en loopt meermaals je ronde door het hotel. Tijdens calamiteiten weet jij juist te handelen en zorg je ervoor dat iedere gast tevreden is met jouw service.Wat maakt jou onze nieuwe collega? • Minimaal twee jaar ervaring als Front Office medewerker, het liefst ook in de nacht. • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. • Goede sociale vaardigheden. • Passie voor de hospitality industrie. • Je bent in staat om onder druk te werken en houd hierbij het overzicht. • Je werkt graag 's nachts, maar je bent ook flexibel inzetbaar indien nodig. • Voor deze functie is een geldig Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) vereist.
