Als nachtverpleegkundige bij Milsenhof krijg je de ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen een multidisciplinair team. Je volgt bewoners op, denkt mee en bouwt een sterke zorgrelatie op. Je bent een baken van rust in de nacht en blinkt uit in het bewaren van de rust. Je zorgt voor de verbinding tussen nacht en dag en brieft je collega's zodat deze aan een vlotte werkshift kunnen beginnen.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • je coördineert en bewaakt het zorgplan van bewoners;
  • je observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in gezondheidstoestand;
  • je ondersteunt en begeleidt zorgkundigen;
  • je bereid de werking van de volgende dagshift voor;
  • je voert administratieve taken uit in functie van kwalitatieve zorg.

Als nachtverpleegkundige draag je bij aan verpleegkundige handelingen, zorgplanning, opvolging van zorgtrajecten en begeleiding van zorgkundigen. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor persoonsgerichte, kwalitatieve zorg met een sterke band met bewoners en familie. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten klinisch inzicht, communicatie en verantwoordelijkheid centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je coördineert, observeert, beslissingen onderbouwt en als aanspreekpunt fungeert.

Verder vragen wij:

  • professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO5 of diploma basisverpleegkunde;
  • ervaring: niet vereist (wel een plus);
  • sterk in zorgplan opvolgen, rapporteren en samenwerken multidisciplinair;
  • goede kennis Nederlands;
  • flexibel, stressbestendig en een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
