Dann suchen wir dich als: Nachwuchsführungskraft in der Produktion* (m/w/d) Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen und den Produktionsprozess aktiv mitgestalten? Dann bist du bei uns richtig. Zu Beginn wirst du einem erfahrenen Fertigungsleiter zugeteilt und nach einer Ersteinschulungsphase als Assistent des Fertigungsleiters oder für diverse Projekttätigkeiten eingesetzt. Du bist zuständig für Maschineninbetriebnahmen, Qualitätsthemen, laufende Unterstützung im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess sowie für die Gestaltung von Arbeitsanleitungen zu den jeweiligen Prozessabläufen. In dieser Position erlernst du alle notwendigen Skills, um als Nachwuchsführungskraft im Hause Admonter gemeinsam zum Unternehmenserfolg beizutragen. 1 Nachwuchsführungskraft in der Produktion (m/w/d) Das erwartet Sie:

* verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten

* Kennenlernen der gesamten internen Prozesse

* Mitarbeit am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess

* Einblicke in Qualitätsmanagement und Prozessoptimierung

* abgeschlossene technische- oder holztechnische Ausbildung - auch interessierte Quereinsteiger sind willkommen

* Verständnis und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsprozesse

* Hands-On-Mentalität und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team

* hohe Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft sowie ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein

* 2-Schichtbereitschaft von Vorteil

Die Bezahlung erfolgt auf Basis KV der Holzverarbeitenden Industrie. Das tatsächliche Monatsentgelt richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung - entspricht einer marktkonformen Überzahlung - und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt. Als Richtwert für Einsteiger gilt ein Bruttogehalt von € 2.700,- bis € 2.900,-.
