The posting

Ter Boogaerde is een thuis voor 17 volwassenen met een niet-aangeboren hersenletsel of een vergelijkbare zorgnood. Zorg je graag voor personen in de nacht, in combinatie met huishoudelijke taken? Kan je deze zorg bieden in een sfeer van gelijkwaardigheid en met voldoende aandacht voor de eigenheid en zelfstandigheid van de bewoner? Dan is Ter Boogaerde, gelegen in het hart van Zoutleeuw, dé werkplek voor jou!

De nachtdienst staat in voor de bewaking, opvolging en ondersteuning van zorggebruikers tijdens de nacht in de woonvormen en het kortverblijf, gelegen in Zoutleeuw.

Het gaat om een wakende nachtdienst (21u30u-07u30).

Jouw taken worden

Als nachtbegeleider garandeer je voor elke zorggebruiker een zo goed mogelijke nachtrust.

· Zorgen voor een zo goed mogelijke nachtrust voor elke zorggebruiker.

· Afstemmen tussen de nodige medische, orthopedische en veiligheidsbelangen en

zo weinig mogelijk storen in de nachtrust.

· Observeren in het kader van veiligheid van zorggebruikers (videobewaking, controle

fixatiematerialen, …).

· Een goede opvolging in het kader van de gezondheid van zorggebruikers (wisselhouding,

parameters, …).

· De nodige flexibiliteit t.o.v. zorgvragen (later in bed helpen, …).

· Aandacht voor veiligheid op het domein (brandveiligheid, …).

· Een degelijke communicatie/briefing naar de dagdienst.

· Een goed stockbeheer van medische materialen en medicatie.

’t Weyerke maakt deel uit van Stijn vzw, een netwerk dat zorg en ondersteuning biedt aan mensen met een (vermoeden van) beperking, senioren in assistentiewoningen en kinderen in een inclusieve kinderopvang. Stijn vzw verleent zorg aan ruim 3500 cliënten in Limburg, Antwerpen en Vlaams-Brabant.

· Je hebt een diploma in de menswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

· Je bent flexibel inzetbaar.

· Je kan zelfstandig werken als het nodig is maar ook een enthousiaste teamspeler zijn

die open communiceert.

· Je gaat respectvol, hartelijk en geëngageerd om met de doelgroep.

· Je past de geldende afspraken flexibel toe.

· Je bent stressbestendig en beschikt over voldoende emotionele draag- en veerkracht.

· Je kiest voor open communicatie en hecht veel belang aan het geven/krijgen van feedback.
