Je bent hier: - Vacature: Systeem-/ netwerkbeheerder Fulltime NTS Solutions is een jong, klein maar zeer dynamisch bedrijf, no nonsens en gespecialiseerd in complete ICT oplossingen binnen het midden- en kleinbedrijf (MKB). We kenmerken ons als zeer klantgericht en als echte doorzetters. Naast computers, netwerken, VoIP en datacommunicatieoplossingen, maken wij ons sterk op het gebied van (netwerk) security. Dankzij de vele partnerships met gerenommeerde ICT leveranciers en fabrikanten zoals Cisco, Cisco Meraki, F-Secure, Unify, Microsoft, GFI, Altaro, Brother en HP Enterprise, kunnen wij snel inspringen op de steeds veranderende ICT markt. Per direct zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega, die ons team komt versterken. Wanneer pas je bij ons? Wij zijn op zoek naar een professionele systeem-/netwerkbeheerder, die flexibel, klantgericht, pro actief en vooral leergierig is. Opleiding is bij ons geen modewoord maar een must als je bij ons komt werken. Je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, het bedrijf en de dienstverlening verder te optimaliseren en krijgt daarbij een grote verantwoordelijkheid naar onze klanten toe. Verder heb je uitgebreide interesse in cybersecurity en ben je bereid om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Je wordt blij om als aanspreekpunt te fungeren naar de klant toe en voelt de verantwoordelijkheid zijn problemen op te lossen maar ook zijn wensen verder vorm te geven. Functieomschrijving Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het systeem- en netwerkbeheer bij onze cliënten en draagt zorg voor de continuïteit van deze systemen. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Dit doe je op afstand, maar ook bij de klant op locatie. In het bezit van een rijbewijs B is dan ook een must. Daarnaast lever je praktische support bij incidenten, service requests, escalaties en projecten, denk je mee over nieuwe technieken en toepassingen om onze dienstverlening nog verder uit te kunnen breiden of te verbeteren....
