* Check In sowie Check Out der Gäste

* Eingabe aller Weckrufe

* Durchführung des Protel-Tagesabschlusses inkl. Reporting für die verschiedensten Abteilungen

* korrekte Kassenführung

* Verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Informationszufluss im Rahmen der Dienstübergaben

* Übernahme von Concierge Tätigkeiten

* Täglicher Anreisecheck
