Als Night Host / Nachtportier ben jij gedurende de nacht het vertrouwde gezicht van De Wielewaal. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze gasten zich veilig, welkom en verzorgd voelen en dat het hotel ook in de late uren met dezelfde professionaliteit wordt vertegenwoordigd.Jouw rolJe bent tijdens de nacht het eerste aanspreekpunt voor hotelgasten. Je ontvangt gasten die laat arriveren, helpt hen wanneer dat nodig is en bewaakt rust, orde en veiligheid binnen het landhuis.Je werkt grotendeels zelfstandig. Dat vraagt om verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, alertheid en het vermogen om adequaat te handelen bij onverwachte situaties. Tegelijkertijd blijft gastvrijheid altijd centraal staan.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden· Ontvangen en verwelkomen van gasten tijdens de nacht.· Verzorgen van late check-ins en ondersteunen bij eventuele vroege check-outs.· Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor hotelgasten gedurende de nacht.· Beantwoorden van vragen en bieden van passende service.· Toezien op rust, orde en veiligheid binnen het landhuis.· Uitvoeren van nachtelijke controlerondes en controleren van algemene ruimtes.· Signaleren en rapporteren van technische, operationele of veiligheidsproblemen.· Handelen volgens brand-, ontruimings-, veiligheids- en calamiteitenprocedures.· Zorgvuldig omgaan met sleutels, toegangssystemen en vertrouwelijke informatie.· Uitvoeren van lichte administratieve werkzaamheden en, waar van toepassing, de night audit of nachtelijke afsluiting.· Controleren en voorbereiden van relevante reserverings-, betalings- en gastinformatie voor de volgende dag.· Zorgdragen voor een nette en verzorgde entree en ontvangstomgeving.· Zorgvuldig overdragen van relevante bijzonderh
