Als NIS2 Compliance Manager vertaal je complexe regelgeving naar heldere richtlijnen en werkbare processen voor alle betrokken teams.

  • Je zet Europese richtlijnen om in praktische policies en procedures, zodat de organisatie aantoonbaar in regel blijft.
  • Het beheren van het control framework en het bewaken van de implementatiestatus en bewijsvoering hoort hier volledig bij.
  • Je brengt compliance gaps nauwkeurig in kaart en volgt remediëringsacties op tot ze zijn afgerond.
  • Samengevat bereid je de organisatie voor op auditcontroles en houd je alle documentatie audit-ready.
  • Door nauw samen te werken met IT en Legal zorg je dat cybersecurity structureel verankerd raakt.

Profiel

Onze ideale NIS2 Compliance Manager brengt niet alleen inhoudelijke knowhow mee, maar weet mensen op verschillende niveaus ook vlot mee te krijgen.

  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen informatiebeveiliging, IT-risk, audit of governance.
  • Grondige kennis van frameworks zoals ISO 27001, NIST en richtlijnen rond privacy is jou niet vreemd.
  • Ervaring met het hanteren van GRC-tools, risicoregisters en compliance tracking binnen een complexe structuur.
  • Strong communicator met een uitstekende beheersing van het Engels, aangevuld met een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands of Frans.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een analytische organisator die met pragmatische oplossingen bruggen bouwt tussen IT en business.
