Die Notarin am See, Mag. Barbara Rojacz-Halwax, ist eine etablierte und moderne Notariatskanzlei in Neusiedl am See. Wir stehen für Kompetenz, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion und legen großen Wert auf ein gepflegtes, professionelles Arbeitsumfeld. Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Notariatsangestellte_r

Vollzeitkraft (38,5 Std/Woche - keine Berufserfahrung notwendig)

Wir bieten Ihnen:

* telefonischen, schriftlichen und persönlichen Klientenkontakt sowie Kontakt zu Behörden und Gerichten

* selbständiges Arbeiten

* Aktenverwaltung

* Beglaubigung von Urkunden und Verträgen aller Art

* Abwicklung von Verlassenschaften

* Vorbereitungen von Vertragsentwürfen (Kaufverträgen, Schenkungsverträgen, Gesellschaftsverträgen usw.)

* Erstellung von Kostennoten

* Grundbuchs- und Firmenbuchanträgen

* Führung der notariellen Register

* Botengänge

Sie sollten mitbringen:

* Matura- oder Fachschulabschluss (AHS, HAK, HLW, Handelsschule) bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung

* sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office)

* gute Deutsch- und Rechtschreibkenntnisse

* freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und gute Umgangsformen

* rasche Auffassungsgabe, Teamgeist, und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung

Entlohnung

Monatsbruttogehalt auf 38,5-Stunden-Basis gemäß Kollektivvertrag in Berufsgruppe 1 mindestens € 1.800,00 und in Berufsgruppe 3 mindestens € 2.100,00.

Eine Überzahlung ist entsprechend Ihrer Berufserfahrung, Qualifikation und Ihres Engagements selbstverständlich möglich.
