Voor een notariskantoor in Waalwijk zoeken we een Notarieel Jurist die zelfstandig dossiers behandelt en cliënten helder adviseert over personen- en familierecht en onroerend goed. Het aanbod - Salaris tussen € 2.800,- en € 3.900,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Toegankelijke collega's, waaronder ook de notarissen zelf; - Bonusregeling op basis van inzet; - Opleidingsbudget voor verdere specialisatie, bijvoorbeeld in notariaat of een aanverwant rechtsgebied; - Jaarlijks uitje en kantoor brede borrels. Wat ga je doen als Notarieel Jurist - Opstellen en controleren van notariële aktes en processtukken; - Behandelen van dossiers op het gebied van personen- en familierecht en onroerend goed; - Adviseren van cliënten over contractenrecht, aansprakelijkheid en juridische toetsing van overeenkomsten; - Afstemmen met notarissen en externe partijen over contractbeheer en dossierbeheer. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Notarieel Jurist - Afgeronde opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau richting notarieel recht of een vergelijkbare juridische richting; - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een notariële of juridische praktijk; - Kennis van privacywetgeving en relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen het notariaat; - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands. Het kantoor Het notariskantoor in Waalwijk biedt een breed scala aan notariële diensten, van vastgoedtransacties en testamenten tot ondernemingsrecht en familierecht. Als Notarieel Jurist werk je voor particuliere cliënten en zakelijke relaties, in een betrokken team van juristen en notarissen.
