Voor een notariskantoor in Waalwijk zijn wij op zoek naar een Notarieel Jurist die zelfstandig dossiers oppakt en cliënten op een duidelijke manier juridisch adviseert. Je werkt met verschillende vraagstukken binnen het personen- en familierecht en onroerend goed. Als Notarieel Jurist krijg je bovendien de mogelijkheid om jouw juridische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Het aanbod - Een salaris van € 2.800,- tot € 3.900,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Toegankelijk team met korte lijnen, ook met de notarissen; - Bonusregeling die aansluit bij jouw inzet; - Opleidingsbudget voor verdere ontwikkeling of specialisatie; - Jaarlijks een gezellig teamuitje en verschillende kantoorborrels. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen, beoordelen en aanpassen van notariële aktes en juridische documenten; - Zelfstandig behandelen van dossiers binnen personen- en familierecht en onroerend goed; - Cliënten adviseren over contracten, aansprakelijkheidsvraagstukken en juridische overeenkomsten; - Overleggen met notarissen en externe betrokkenen over de voortgang en inhoud van dossiers; - Zorgen voor een correcte verwerking en administratie van juridische stukken. Wat breng je mee? - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in notarieel recht of een vergelijkbare juridische richting; - Minimaal één jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een juridisch of notarieel kantoor; - Je hebt kennis van privacywetgeving en overige relevante regelgeving; - Je werkt zorgvuldig en kunt juridische informatie helder vertalen naar cliënten; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend.
