Functieomschrijving Wegens vertrek van één van onze medewerksters zijn wij op zoek naar een (liefst ervaren) notarieel medewerker of notarisklerk voor onze onroerend goed afdeling. We zoeken iemand die in staat is om zelfstandig dossiers op het gebied van onroerend goed voor te bereiden, de bijbehorende akten en afrekeningen op te stellen, contact met betrokken partijen te onderhouden (cliënten, makelaars, hypotheekadviseurs e.d.) en die in staat is tijdig knelpunten te signaleren die aandacht behoeven. We verwachten nauwkeurigheid en een klantgerichte instelling en bieden een marktconforme beloning gebaseerd op jouw ervaring en competenties. Je werkt in teamverband met 3 collega's onder leiding van een ervaren notarisklerk. De lijntjes binnen kantoor zijn kort en er is altijd ruimte voor overleg met collega's of de notaris.
