Raat notariaat personeelsadvies Notarieel medewerker/ notarisklerk/ HBO- jurist Onroerend Goed en Familierecht Borne Raat notariaat personeelsadvies zoekt voor Kuhlmann Westerhof & de notarissen in Borne een: Notarieel medewerker/ notarisklerk/ HBO- jurist Onroerend Goed en Familierecht (vanaf 2 dagen in de week) OG: Jouw werkzaamheden zullen onder andere bestaan uit de behandeling van dossiers van leveringen van onroerende zaken en hypotheken. Familierecht: Samen in een team met een ervaren collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van concept akten. Op basis van de aantekeningen van de kandidaat-notaris of notaris stel je testamenten, levenstestamenten, samenlevingscontracten en huwelijkse voorwaarden op. Je hebt een juridische opleiding op MBO/HBO- niveau en enkele jaren werkervaring als zelfstandig OG- of familierecht behandelaar. Je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en je bent een teamspeler is die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en collegiaal is. Je bent minimaal 2 dagen per week beschikbaar. Het kantoor heeft in totaal 19 medewerkers.
