Al jaren zijn zij de preferred supplier en sparringpartner voor veel ondernemers en bedrijven. Voor families zijn zij de trusted advisor en huisnotaris. Burgemeestre en Partners combineert de professionaliteit van een groot kantoor met de persoonlijke sfeer van een kleinere organisatie. Het team bestaat uit 12 toegewijde professionals. 4 Kandidaat-Notarissen, 1 Receptioniste, 6 Notarieel Medewerkers en 1 notaris. Die met passie werken aan complexe en uitdagende dossiers. In ons kantoor krijg je de ruimte om te groeien en veel te leren. We hanteren een persoonlijke en betrokken werkwijze, waarbij kwaliteit en service centraal staan. Functie Wat ga je doen? Als notarieel medewerker ondersteun je (kandidaat-)notarissen en bereid je zelfstandig documenten voor. Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Voorbereiden van documenten zoals besluiten, akten en declaraties - Correspondentie met cliënten en zorg voor KYC en compliance De sectie Ondernemingsrecht houdt zich bezig met onder andere: - Juridische samenwerkingen en herstructureringen - Fusies, overnames en financieringen - Het opzetten van personeelsparticipaties - Crowdfunding Functie-eisen Wat verwachten we van jou? - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO opleiding en 3 jaar ervaring in het ondernemingsrecht - Beschikbaarheid van minimaal 4 dagen per week (38 uur fulltime) - Proactieve werkhouding en passie voor juridische vraagstukken - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte instelling - Vloe...
