Voor een notariskantoor in de buurt van Bennekom, zoeken we een Notarieel Medewerker Personen- en Familierecht die cliënten begeleidt bij testamenten, aktes en juridische advisering rondom erfrecht en familiaire vraagstukken. Ons aanbod - Salaris tussen € 2.800,- en € 3.200,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Een goede pensioenregeling; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het kantoor; - Vrijdagmiddagborrels met het team; - Een kantooromgeving waar je de notaris direct aanspreekt en collegiaal samenwerkt in een klein hecht team. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen en verwerken van notariële aktes op het gebied van personen- en familierecht; - Voeren van juridische advisering richting cliënten over testamenten, erfrecht en volmachten; - Bijhouden van contractbeheer en dossieradministratie in lijn met geldende privacywetgeving; - Bewaken van procesrecht en termijnen binnen lopende dossiers; - Signaleren van vraagstukken rondom aansprakelijkheid en deze voorleggen aan de notaris. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten? - Afgeronde opleiding op hbo-niveau richting notarieel recht of juridische dienstverlening; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring binnen een notariskantoor of juridisch kantoor, bij voorkeur in personen- en familierecht; - Nauwkeurig in dossierbehandeling en vertrouwd met het opstellen van processtukken; - Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands.
