Jij ondersteunt een gedreven team van Notarissen en Kandidaat-notarissen in de vastgoedpraktijk. Je pakt dossiers op van begin tot eind, weet wat er speelt en zorgt dat alles nauwkeurig en op tijd verloopt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar altijd als onderdeel van een hecht team waar samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. Wat ga je doen? - Behandelen van vastgoeddossiers van begin tot eind - Opstellen van leveringsakten, volmachten, hypotheekakten en afrekeningen - Contact onderhouden met cliënten, makelaars en andere externe partijen - Zorgen dat alles klopt, tijdig verloopt en niets tussen wal en schip valt Wie ben jij? - MBO-niveau, HBO is een pré - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen het notariaat - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels - Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar - En bovenal: een leuke collega - Salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.600 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - Jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - 25 vakantiedagen + een halve dag vrij op je verjaardag - Ruime mogelijkheden voor opleidingen en cursussen - Korting bij een sportschool naar keuze - Maandelijkse borrels, een zomerfeest en een wintersport waar zelfs de Notaris gewoon mee de piste op gaat - Dagelijks verzorgde lunch op kantoor Het kantoor Een informeel en hecht team op een toplocatie aan de Zuidas in Amsterdam.
