Vanwege aanhoudende drukte en interne verschuivingen is er op korte termijn behoefte aan versterking. Het betreft een opdracht tot in ieder geval eind 2026, met een reële kans op verlenging. Vanwege aanhoudende drukte en interne verschuivingen is er op korte termijn behoefte aan versterking. Het betreft een opdracht tot in ieder geval eind 2026, met een reële kans op verlenging. Over deze baan Het bieden van support binnen een notariaat kent voor jou geen geheimen waardoor je direct aan de slag kan met het ondersteunen van een team ambitieuze (kandidaat) notarissen. Overzicht belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Passeer klaar maken en afhandelen van de notariële akten en het assisteren bij legalisaties; - Onderhouden van contact met cliënten en andere partijen; - Verzorgen van inschrijvingen bij diverse instanties; - Aanmaken en beheren van digitale dossiers en het onderhouden van het cliëntenbestand; - Assisteren bij het maandelijkse declaratieproces; - Allerlei ondersteunende werkzaamheden voor de (kandidaat)notarissen. Wie wij zoeken: - Een ervaren interim ondersteuner met minimaal 2 jaar concrete ervaring binnen het notariaat, specifiek binnen het ondernemingsrecht die op korte termijn beschikbaar is voor deze opdracht. Voorwaarden opdracht: - Een inspirerende en internationale werkomgeving waarin je veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en de ruimte hebt om zelfstandig te werken; - De opdracht loopt tot in ieder geval eind 2026 met een reële kans op verlenging en is voor ca. 24 - 32 uur per week; - De startdatum in overleg, op korte termijn.
