Ben je toegankelijk en adviseer je cliënten met een luisterend oor bij zowel juridische als zakelijke transacties? Bewaak je graag de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en geef je richting aan de juridische processen binnen het notariaat? Ben je een teamspeler die graag samen met collega-notarissen, medewerkers en externe partijen zorgt voor een vlotte en hoogwaardige dienstverlening? En staan kwaliteit, integriteit én persoonlijke aandacht bij jou hoog in het vaandel? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze notariële dienstverlening. Je stelt zelfstandig notariële akten op-denk aan testamenten, huwelijksvoorwaarden, vennootschapsoprichtingen, erf- en vastgoedtransacties-en adviseert cliënten over juridische en fiscale structuren. Daarnaast bied je maatwerkoplossingen voor complexe vraagstukken op het gebied van vastgoedrecht, ondernemingsrecht en familie- en erfrecht. Je begeleidt cliënten bij belangrijke transacties en beslissingen, zowel op operationeel als op strategisch niveau, met oog voor de juiste juridische en financiële risico's. Je geeft leiding aan het notariële team en coacht (kandidaat-)notarissen in hun ontwikkeling. Samen met de directie zorg je voor de strategische koers van onze notariële praktijk: je waarborgt kwaliteit, compliance en risicobeheersing, en bent alert op juridische ontwikkelingen en wetgeving. Daarbij draag je actief kennis over aan je collega's, leid je interne opleidingen en bouw je aan een professioneel netwerk via externe bijeenkomsten en events.
