Kandidaat‑notaris Ondernemingsrecht (Associate) - Amsterdam - Delen Wil je op topniveau werken aan investeringen, fusies en overnames, herstructureringen en financieringen, met directe verantwoordelijkheid, geïntegreerde dealteams en internationale dossiers? Bij Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam leid je notariële workstreams en lever je pragmatische, hoogwaardige documenten en adviezen voor toonaangevende cliënten. Standplaats: Amsterdam (rand Amsterdamse Bos/Zuidas). Wat ga je doen? - Coördineren en (laten) passeren van akten bij investeringen, M&A‑transacties, statutenwijzigingen, fusies en splitsingen. - Adviseren over governance, aandeelhoudersrechten en notariële implicaties van SPA/SSA en investment documents. - Structureren en implementeren van herstructureringen (omzettingen, intra‑group reorganisaties) en (waar relevant) zekerheden. - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en CP‑trajecten; stakeholderafstemming met cliënten, counsel en notarissen. - Heldere, pragmatische adviezen en documenten leveren die het business‑doel van cliënten ondersteunen. - Coördineren van dossiers met buitenlandse kantoren en externe experts. - Nauw samenwerken met andere praktijkgroepen en Europese OC‑kantoren in cross‑border dossiers. - Begeleiden en reviewen van meer junior collega's; kwaliteitsborging en kennisdeling. - Bijdragen aan business development: proposals/pitches, events en thought leadership. Dit breng je mee - Master Notarieel recht; minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring in het ondernemingsrechtelijk notariaat. - Sterke inhoudelijke basis op investeringen, M&A, herstructureringen en financieringen. - Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en resultaatgericht; je houdt overzicht en stelt prioriteiten. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden; je werkt vloeiend in Nederlands en professioneel in Engels. - Sterke analyse en oordeelsvorming; je bent pragmatisch, resultaatgericht en houdt overzicht onder druk. - Je hebt internationale interesse, humor en sterke...
