OBERARZT (m/w/d) für ANÄSTHESIOLOGIE UND INTENSIVMEDIZIN

Das moderne Krankenhaus mit neuem OP-Trakt und neuer Intensivstation verfügt über eine anerkannte EXPERTISE in der Tumor- und Pankreaschirurgie. Daneben erfolgen weitere Eingriffe im Bereich Allgemein- / Plastische / Thorax- / Unfallchirurgie, Gynäkologie inkl. Geburtshilfe, HNO, Orthopädie und Urologie. Es besitzt ein Brustzentrum und hat ein Ethikkomitee im Haus.

Die **Abteilung für Anästhesiologie und Intensivmedizin **bietet das gesamte Spektrum des Faches inkl. Intensivmedizin (10 Betten Stufe 2), Schmerztherapie, Palliativstation (6 Betten), Aufwachraum (12 Betten) und mobilem Palliativteam.

Zum Einsatz kommen moderne Geräte und die aktuellste Narkosetechnik mit sämtlichen Verfahren; ferner die Bronchoskopie inkl. Doppellumentubus und zahlreiche anästhesiologisch-intensivmedizinische Interventionen; sämtliche Maßnahmen erfolgen Ultraschall-gezielt.

Mo-Fr tagsüber werden im Haus sowohl Unfallpatienten versorgt, als auch von Seite der Anästhesie der boden- und Mo-So der luftgebundene Notarztdienst betrieben; nachts reduziertes OP-Volumen. Die Anästhesie- und Schmerzambulanz (akut, postoperativ, chronisch) komplettieren das Angebot.

Geboten wird:

- Spannende Aufgabe - kurze Wege – kollegiales 18-köpfiges Ärzteteam – besondere Wertekultur - Platz im Team; wenig Notfälle, mehr Ruhezeiten, eigener Schwerpunkt, wie Spezialambulanz, Schmerztherapie, mobiles Palliativteam, Hubschrauberdienst etc. - Spezialisierung im OP im Sinne Beitragsleister möglich - Akutspital / Abteilungen sind wissenschaftlich aktiv; freiwillige Teilnahme an Studien ist möglich; der Erwerb der Habilitation wird unterstützt - Sehr gute Work-Life-Balance, langfristige Dienst- / Urlaubseinteilung - Umfangreiche Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten; sowohl Führungskräftelehrgänge als auch die Teilnahme am Lehrgang für Palliativmedizin werden unterstützt - Leistungsgerechte Bezahlung - Unterstützung bei der Wohnungssuche - Kleinkinderbetreuungsplätze dank Vernetzung verfügbar - Optional: Beteiligung an den NEF-Diensten, die separat vergütet werden
