In een warm team zorg je voor veilige en persoonlijke begeleiding. Met ons zelfrooster bepaal jij je eigen werktijden. Dit ga je doen Als obstetrieverpleegkundige help je mee onvergetelijke herinneringen te creëren. In een hecht team van verpleegkundigen, verloskundigen en andere zorgprofessionals begeleid je zwangere vrouwen, ondersteun je bij bevallingen en bied je liefdevolle nazorg. De wens van de patiënt staat centraal, en jij zorgt ervoor dat moeder en kind veilig en met vertrouwen dit bijzondere proces doorlopen. Jouw werk draait om klinische scherpte, snel schakelen en rust bewaren, ongeacht de situatie. Je hebt een directe invloed op de zorgkwaliteit en bent een echte teamspeler. Dankzij ons zelfroosteringssysteem bepaal je zelf je diensten (dag, avond, nacht), zodat werk en privé in balans blijven. Hier kom je te werken Je wordt onderdeel van een warm en betrokken team op de afdeling Verloskunde/Triage. Hier begeleiden we jaarlijks meer dan 2.000 bevallingen in een prettige en persoonlijke omgeving. We werken intensief samen en zorgen goed voor elkaar, zowel op de werkvloer als daarbuiten. Je collega's voelen als een tweede familie: we steunen elkaar door dik en dun, delen kennis en ervaring en vieren samen successen. Binnen de afdeling is er veel vernieuwing gaande. We starten met de bouw van het nieuwe Vrouw-Kind Centrum (VKC), wat een intensievere samenwerking met Kindergeneeskunde mogelijk maakt en nieuwe kansen biedt voor jouw ontwikkeling.
