Dan is de functie van office coordinator op onze vestiging in Amsterdam iets voor jou. BarentsKrans verhuist naar een groter pand op de Zuidas. In deze rol ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, leveranciers en kantoorgenoten. Je zorgt voor een professionele ontvangst, een representatieve kantooromgeving en een prettige dagelijkse gang van zaken op onze Amsterdamse vestiging. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onder anderen de facilitair manager en collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Wat ga je doen? Als office coordinator ontvang en registreer je bezoekers, neem je de telefoon aan en beheer je de receptiemailbox. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met externe partijen, voer je secretariële werkzaamheden uit en zorg je ervoor dat kantoorvoorzieningen, pantry's, vergaderruimtes en ontvangstruimtes op orde zijn. Ook signaleer je klachten of gebreken in het pand en meld je deze waar nodig in ons meldingssysteem. Over ons BarentsKrans is een onafhankelijk, Nederlands advocaten- en notarissenkantoor. Met ruim 170 kantoorgenoten werken wij aan mooie juridische uitdagingen, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Wij hebben een vestiging in het centrum van Den Haag en op de Zuidas in Amsterdam. Onze advocaten en notarissen worden ondersteund door het secretariaat en de stafafdelingen, waaronder compliance, communicatie, facilitaire zaken, financiële administratie, HR, ICT en learning & development.
