Een brede en afwisselende rol waarin financiële administratie, office management, PA-werkzaamheden en projectondersteuning samenkomen. Je werkt in een klein en hecht team. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt overzicht, regelt wat geregeld moet worden en vindt het juist leuk dat je vooraf niet altijd weet hoe je werkdag eruitziet. Office Manager Als Office Manager zorg je ervoor dat de studio achter de schermen soepel blijft draaien. Je hebt een brede rol waarin administratie, organiseren, ondersteunen en regelen samenkomen. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen geplande werkzaamheden en zaken die onverwacht voorbijkomen. Het ene moment werk je de financiële administratie bij, het volgende moment ondersteun je de medewerkers, spring je bij in een project of los je iets praktisch op. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie leuk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verzorgen van de financiële administratie, waaronder de inkoop- en verkoopfacturen in Exact Online. - Verzorgen van de operationele HR- en personeelsadministratie voor medewerkers en freelancers. - Ondersteunen van de twee eigenaren met PA-werkzaamheden, waaronder agenda's, afspraken en overleggen. - Regelen, wijzigen en annuleren van reizen, hotels en huurauto's. - Zorgen dat alles op kantoor goed geregeld is, van boodschappen en gezamenlijke lunches tot facilitaire zaken en andere praktische zaken die voorbijkomen. Denk hierbij ook aan ICT, zoals de printer, computers en wifi. Hierbij heb je hulp van een externe ICT partij. - Ondersteunen bij projectmanagement en bijspringen wanneer het creatieve team extra ondersteuning nodig heeft. - Bijhoude...
