Als Office Manager bij Eurol heb je een brede en zelfstandige rol midden in de organisatie. Je schakelt met collega's, management en leveranciers en bent betrokken bij inkoop, interne communicatie, onboarding en facilitaire processen. Een veelzijdige functie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt en dingen voor elkaar krijgt. Wat ga je doen? Je krijgt veel vrijheid en zelfstandigheid in je werk en je bent verantwoordelijk voor verschillende processen binnen de organisatie: - Inkoop: je vraagt offertes op, plaatst bestellingen en bewaakt prijs, kwaliteit en levering van kantoor-, catering- en facilitaire artikelen. Ook verzorg je bestellingen voor verschillende afdelingen en onderhoud je contact met diverse leveranciers. - Organisatie & communicatie: je beheert verschillende interne communicatiekanalen, ontvangt gasten en ondersteunt bij interne evenementen en bedrijfsfeesten. - Managementondersteuning: je ondersteunt het management met organisatorische en administratieve werkzaamheden. - On- en offboarding: je zorgt dat praktische zaken voor nieuwe en vertrekkende collega's goed geregeld zijn, zoals werkplekken, bedrijfskleding en sleutels. - Coördinator facilitaire diensten: je bent verantwoordelijk voor de jaarlijkse schoonmaak- en tuinonderhoudsplanning. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor externe leveranciers en de Allround Medewerker Facilitair. Wie ben jij?
