Je nieuwe baan Jij zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie achter onze projecten draait! Bij Tisol werken iedere dag mensen buiten aan projecten binnen de ondergrondse infra. Maar voordat werkzaamheden gefactureerd kunnen worden, een schade is afgehandeld of een opdrachtgever antwoord heeft op zijn vraag, moet er achter de schermen nogal wat gebeuren. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de directeur en bedrijfsleider. Zij denken snel, schakelen snel en zijn volop bezig met projecten, klanten en de dagelijkse business. Ze zoeken iemand die daarin naast hen komt te staan. Niet iemand die wacht op het volgende taakje, maar iemand die ziet wat nodig is, doorvraagt en zaken zelfstandig oppakt. Jouw werk draait om projectadministratie, opvolging en organisatie: • Je verwerkt en controleert productiebonnen, uren, materialen en werkzaamheden en zorgt dat producties, inkooporders en facturatie op elkaar aansluiten. • Je ondersteunt projecten administratief, verwerkt inkomende facturen en houdt gegevens van klanten en onderaannemers op orde. • Je pakt schadedossiers op, verzamelt de juiste informatie en zorgt dat acties bij uitvoerders, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokkenen worden opgevolgd. • Je regelt praktische zaken zoals opleidingen en leaseauto’s en pakt vragen vanuit medewerkers, klanten en opdrachtgevers op. • Je bewaakt het overzicht, signaleert wat blijft liggen en zorgt dat het wordt geregeld. In ongeveer tien jaar is Tisol uitgegroeid tot een onderneming met circa 20 eigen medewerkers en daarnaast een flexibele schil. Buiten.
