Für unseren renommierten Kunden, ein Gastronomiebetrieb in Wien, suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten und flexiblen Office Manager (m/w/d) für Backoffice-Management und bieten eine attraktive und dauerhafte Anstellung für 40 Wochenstunden direkt bei unserem Partner. 1 Office Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

für Gastronomiebetrieb

Ihr Profil:

* eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich können Sie vorweisen

* Sie sind flexibel in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten - Montag bis Freitag zwischen 09:00 und 21:00 Uhr, in Ausnahmefällen auch Wochenende, Feiertage

* gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere MS-Office, bringen Sie mit

* der Position entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse sind vorhanden

* eine genaue und selbständige Arbeitsweise ist für Sie ebenso selbstverständlich wie ein freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Stressresistenz, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke rundet Ihr Profil perfekt ab

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Angebotserstellung und Angebotsbearbeitung

* Reservierungsanfragen bearbeiten

* Einschulung, Begleitung und Führung des vorhandenen Teams

* Bearbeitung und Planung von Großgruppenreservierungen

* Empfang, Begrüßung und Verabschiedung der Gäste

* allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten in der Gästeinformation

* Annahme von Reservierungen

* Mitarbeit im Beschwerdemanagement

* Telefondienst
