Als consultant bij Bonache werk je mee aan uitdagende projecten bij toonaangevende bedrijven binnen industrie, pharma, voeding, utilities en logistiek. We starten onze samenwerking en vervolgens bij elk nieuw project met een persoonlijk opleidings- en ontwikkelingsplan en volgen dit nauwgezet op.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je beheert kwaliteitsdocumenten die gekoppeld zijn aan werkbonnen en zorgt voor verlengingen of opstart van versie verhogingen.
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond procedures en kwaliteitsdocumenten binnen CGB.
  • Je stelt Idossiers op volgens de geldende werkwijze en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met Maintenance en Care om geldige verklaringen te garanderen.
  • Je volgt motoren- en instrumentatiefiches op via de databank. Specifieke fiches (zoals kleppenfiches) beheer je aanvullend in Excel, inclusief verwerking en versieverhogingen.
  • Je staat in voor het algemeen documentbeheer van binnenkomende dossiers: je bewaakt vormvereisten, verwachtingen en correcte opvolging.
  • Je bereidt verschillende vergaderingen documentmatig voor.
  • Je ondersteunt het team Documents bij het geldig stellen van documenten, masterdata handling en het up-to-date houden van procedures

Welke skills breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in procurement, supply chain of administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen.
  • Je bent georganiseerd en volgt openstaande acties actief op.
  • Je communiceert vlot met interne en externe contacten.
  • Je bent proactief en neemt graag initiatief wanneer er zich problemen voordoen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel. Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-systeem is een grote troef.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een plus.
