Als Offset Operator ben je technisch ingesteld, werk je nauwkeurig en heb je oog voor kwaliteit. Je houdt ervan om processen te optimaliseren en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw machine en eindproduct. Daarnaast werk je zelfstandig, maar weet je ook hoe belangrijk goede samenwerking is binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar met de juiste motivatie leren wij je graag het vak.
