Omgevingsmanager Als Omgevingsmanager zorg je voor het creëren en behouden van draagvlak voor grote projecten bij alle betrokken externe partijen. Je bent de schakel tussen het projectteam en de buitenwereld en zorgt ervoor dat belangen goed op elkaar worden afgestemd en de benodigde vergunningen worden verkregen. Je weet wat er speelt binnen de organisatie, binnen de verschillende projecten en bij de betrokken stakeholders. Daarbij voel je goed aan wanneer je intern of extern in actie moet komen. Je hebt regelmatig afstemming met andere omgevingsmanagers en stemt activiteiten met overlappende raakvlakken met hen af. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met de volgende werkzaamheden: - Je brengt in opdracht van de projectmanager de omgevingskansen en -risico's van projecten helder in kaart; - Je verwerkt deze kansen en risico's, met nadruk op stakeholderparticipatie en vergunningen, in het plan van aanpak; - Je coördineert en zorgt voor de uitvoering van alle benodigde conditionerende onderzoeken; - Bij complexe vergunningstrajecten geef je leiding aan een vergunningenteam dat bestaat uit interne en externe experts; - Je bewaakt de voortgang van de levering en beoordeelt of deelresultaten voldoen aan de gemaakte afspraken; - Je signaleert tijdig knelpunten in voortgang of kwaliteit en neemt, waar nodig in overleg met de projectmanager, passende maatregelen; - Je werkt samen met collega's aan het continu verbeteren en standaardiseren van werkmethoden; - Je stimuleert de inzet van digitalisering binnen het omgevingsmanagement. Je komt terecht binnen een organisatie die voor een grote bouwopgave staat om de drinkwatervoorziening nu en in de toekomst beschikbaar te houden. Binnen het team staan resultaatgerichtheid, samenwerking en kwaliteitsbewustzijn centraal. Kennis wordt actief met elkaar gedeeld en binnen de projecten brengt ieder zijn eigen specialisme in.
