Omgevingsmanager Functieomschrijving Als omgevingsmanager werk je gelijktijdig aan meerdere OV-projecten ( minimaal twee, gemiddeld vier ) in verschillende fases van voorbereiding en uitvoering. Je bent volwaardig lid van projectteams en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, projectbeheersers, projectmedewerkers en gespecialiseerde adviseurs; bij sommige projecten volgens het IPM‑model. Daarnaast vervul je een structurele rol binnen Team Publieke Mobiliteit op het gebied van stakeholder‑ en relatiemanagement en opereer je op project-, programma‑ en gebiedsniveau. Je zorgt voor continuïteit en kwaliteit in de samenwerking met belangrijke partners, zoals gemeenten, vervoerders en andere overheden. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen en actualiseren van stakeholderanalyses - Ontwikkelen van omgevingsstrategieën en participatieaanpakken - Organiseren en begeleiden van participatie- en informatiebijeenkomsten - Adviseren van projectteams over bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke gevoeligheden - Signaleren en beheersen van omgevingsrisico's - Vertegenwoordigen van provinciale belangen in regionale samenwerkingsverbanden - Opstellen van verslagen, dossiers en omgevingsproducten - Bijdragen aan besluitvorming door belangen, risico's en kansen inzichtelijk te maken - Onderhouden van strategische relaties met gemeenten, vervoerders en andere ketenpartners - Bevorderen van omgevingsbewust werken binnen Team Publieke Mobiliteit Werkwijze en verantwoordelijkheden binnen projecten Je stuurt samen met het team op geld, tijd, kwaliteit en draagvlak.
