Gemalen zijn cruciale schakels in ons watersysteem. Ze staan midden in woonwijken, langs waterwegen of in agrarische gebieden - en elke locatie heeft zijn eigen belangen, gevoeligheden en dynamiek. Als Omgevingsmanager Gemalen ben jij degene die al die belangen verbindt met onze technische projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het werk aan nieuwe of te renoveren gemalen soepel verloopt, met oog voor bewoners, bedrijven, gemeenten, natuurbelangen en andere partners. Je bent de stem van de omgeving binnen een IPM-team en houdt overzicht op álle omgevingsaspecten die invloed hebben op planning, kwaliteit en besluitvorming. Jij signaleert knelpunten vroegtijdig, bewaakt omgevingsproducten en zorgt ervoor dat alle belangen zorgvuldig worden afgewogen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het in goede banen leiden van projecten door het beheren van relaties en communicatie tussen de projectorganisatie, bewoners, bedrijven en andere belanghebbenden. Zo draag je direct bij aan betrouwbare, toekomstbestendige gemalen én een omgeving die onze projecten begrijpt en ondersteunt.
