The posting

Bij een technische dienstverlener in Udenhout combineer je werken in de industriële automatisering met een mbo-opleiding op niveau 3 of 4. Je hoeft nog geen technische werkervaring te hebben: je motivatie, technisch inzicht en interesse in installaties vormen je vertrekpunt. Onder begeleiding leer je hoe je industriële installaties opbouwt en aansluit. Daarbij kun je werken aan projecten voor productiebedrijven en drinkwater- of afvalwaterbedrijven, van het ombouwen van besturingskasten tot het aanleggen van bekabeling. Je leert het vak op de werkvloer, samen met ervaren monteurs en een mentor. De ene dag help je bij werkzaamheden aan een besturingskast, de andere dag monteer je kabelgoten en trek je kabels. Wat je tijdens je opleiding leert, pas je direct toe. Met coaching voor, tijdens en na projecten ontwikkel je je vakkennis en werk je toe naar steeds zelfstandiger montagewerk. Functie-inhoud - Een mbo-opleiding op niveau 3 of 4 volgen naast je werk - Onder begeleiding montagewerk aan industriële installaties uitvoeren - Helpen bij het opbouwen en ombouwen van besturingskasten - Kabelgoten monteren en industriële bekabeling aanleggen - Leren werken volgens technische tekeningen en veiligheidsinstructies - Je werkzaamheden met je mentor bespreken en feedback toepassen Functie-eisen - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar voor de combinatie van werken en leren - Je hebt interesse in techniek en industriële automatisering - Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en wilt begrijpen hoe installaties werken - Je bent gemotiveerd om een mbo-opleiding op niveau 3 of 4 te volgen - Je stelt vragen, leert van fouten en werkt graag samen met collega's - Je wilt het monteursvak leren; eerdere technische werkervaring is geen vereiste Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.619 en € 2.619 (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) - Een salaris van € 2.619 per maand - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen - Keuze tussen extra geld of vrije tijd voor reistijd en overwerk - Een smartphone en tablet -..
