Opleiding tot oncologieverpleegkundige - Eindejaarsuitkering van ruim 8% OLVG biedt ruimte voor enthousiaste verpleegkundigen in opleiding die zich willen inzetten voor betekenisvol werk, waarbij de combinatie van technische zorg en psychosociale begeleiding centraal staat. In deze rol bied je patiënten steun in een kwetsbaar moment van hun leven, met aandacht voor de mens achter de patiënt. Samen met je team lever je de beste zorg en maak je dagelijks het verschil. Als oncologieverpleegkundige in opleiding volg je de theorie bij de Amstel Academie en doe je praktijkervaring op binnen OLVG, locatie Oost en/of West. De startdatum van de opleiding is in het najaar (rond oktober) van 2027. - Jij wilt je blijven ontwikkelen op jouw manier. - Je krijgt uitstekende begeleiding tijdens je studie. - Je werkt in een warm en ondersteunend team. Als zelfstandige teamspeler met een warm hart voor zorg, ben je gedreven om te blijven leren en het verschil te maken voor patiënten in kwetsbare momenten. Jij weet hoe belangrijk het is om een luisterend oor te bieden en een bron van steun te zijn wanneer dat nodig is. Met jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet je effectief samen te werken met verschillende disciplines om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-verpleegkunde opleiding (BIG-geregistreerd). - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in het ziekenhuis is een pré. - Passie voor en affiniteit met oncologische/hematologische zorg. Bij OLVG werk je in een ziekenhuis met een persoonlijke, warme sfeer. Als onderdeel van het Oncologisch Centrum Amsterdam zijn we een belangrijke speler in de oncologische zorg, waaronder mamma-, long- en colorectale oncologie. Ook bieden we hoogcomplexe hemato-oncologische zorg en complexe hepatobiliaire chirurgie.
