Functie In deze rol ben je dé inhoudelijke technische spil binnen het beheer van de Tunnel oven installatie bij de DSP. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds- en verbeteractiviteiten doelgericht worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd, met één helder doel: maximale technische beschikbaarheid, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties. Je overziet het geheel, maar verliest nooit het detail uit het oog. Je geeft vakinhoudelijk sturing aan de inspecteur-W en de werkvoorbereider-W en fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor monteurs. Met jouw kennis en overzicht vertaal je onderhoudsstrategieën en -concepten naar de praktijk. Je analyseert storingen, kijkt verder dan de directe oorzaak en initieert structurele verbeteringen die de prestaties van installaties blijvend verhogen. Daarbij speel je een belangrijke rol in het opstellen van onderhoudsjarenplannen en lifecycle-planning, zodat installaties niet alleen vandaag, maar ook op lange termijn optimaal blijven functioneren. Ook bewaak je technische normen, specificaties en eisen. Je zorgt dat werkzaamheden aansluiten bij de geldende richtlijnen en dat kwaliteit en veiligheid altijd voorop staan. Dankzij jouw expertise kunnen monteurs rekenen op specialistische ondersteuning en heldere kaders, waardoor het team als geheel sterker presteert.
