Wil jij als Onderhoudsmonteur vanaf het begin betrokken zijn bij een compleet nieuwe betonfabriek in Koudekerk aan den Rijn? Hier krijg je de kans om te werken met een modern machinepark en verschillende technische installaties.Jij zorgt ervoor dat de techniek betrouwbaar blijft draaien. Je voert onderhoud uit, spoort storingen op en verhelpt deze voordat de productie onnodig stil komt te staan. Daarnaast denk je mee over verbeteringen en het verder optimaliseren van de installaties.Een veelzijdige technische functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een nieuwe productieomgeving.

Functieomschrijving: Wat ga je doen?Als Onderhoudsmonteur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het technisch in topconditie houden van de machines en installaties. Je houdt je niet alleen bezig met storingen, maar zorgt door goed onderhoud ook dat deze zoveel mogelijk worden voorkomen.Jouw werkzaamheden: • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en installaties. • Opsporen, analyseren en verhelpen van technische storingen. • Controleren en inspecteren van installaties en onderdelen. • Werken met onder andere automatisering, PLC-besturingen en robottechniek. • Repareren en waar nodig vervangen van technische onderdelen. • Meedenken over verbeteringen aan machines en productieprocessen. • Vastleggen van uitgevoerde onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden. Tijdens de opstart werk je eerst in dagdienst. Vanaf september/oktober wordt overgeschakeld naar een 2-ploegendienst en vanaf het nieuwe jaar naar een 3-ploegenrooster.

Functievereisten: Wie ben jij?Voor deze functie zoeken wij een Onderhoudsmonteur met technisch inzicht en een proactieve instelling. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting van Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als Elektromonteur of Storingsmonteur. • Bereidheid om te starten in
