Als onderhoudsmonteur bij Xpect013 werk je op onze scholen en kinderopvanglocaties in Tilburg. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De werkzaamheden zijn heel verschillend en juist die afwisseling maakt je werk interessant. De ene dag ga je alleen op pad voor een storing, de volgende dag pak je samen met een collega een klus aan. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je werk te organiseren en mee te bewegen met wat de dag vraagt. Wat ga je doen? Je houdt onze gebouwen, inventaris en speeltoestellen veilig en goed onderhouden. Je: - voert preventief onderhoud en reparaties uit - lost storingen zelfstandig op - pakt kleine verbouwingen aan - begeleidt externe onderhoudsbedrijven en aannemers - helpt bij interne verhuizingen - signaleert zelf wat aandacht nodig heeft - bestelt materialen en onderdelen voor je werkzaamheden Je gaat op pad met een elektrische bus en hebt een telefoon en tablet voor je werkzaamheden. Je team Je maakt deel uit van het team Huisvesting. Binnen Huisvesting werk je in het subteam Beheer & Onderhoud. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere onderhoudsmonteurs, de servicecoördinator en de teamleider Beheer & Onderhoud. We werken met een klein team en houden de lijnen kort. Elke ochtend zien we elkaar, daarna gaat de één alleen op pad en trekt de ander samen met een collega een klus. We helpen elkaar als dat nodig is en lopen makkelijk bij elkaar binnen voor overleg. Dit ben jij Je bent technisch handig, houdt van afwisseling en zoekt graag zelf naar een oplossing....
