Bij deze functie krijg je naast een goed salaris iets veel mooiers terug, namelijk: waardering en dankbaarheid. Dit ga je doen In deze unieke buitendienst functie ga je met een moderne bus (Ford Transit Connect) en het allerbeste gereedschap (merk: Milwaukee) richting de klant. Je begeeft je op de particuliere markt en gaat trapliften onderhouden bij hulpbehoevende mensen waar eerder een traplift is geïnstalleerd. Je komt voornamelijk over de vloer bij ouderen maar ook bij personen van andere leeftijden met ieder zijn eigen unieke verhaal. Als onderhouds/ servicemonteur trapliften werk je van maandag to vrijdag in de dagdienst en rijd je ongeveer 6-8 onderhoudsadressen. Het gaat puur om het onderhoud van de trapliften. Hierdoor draai je geen storingsdiensten. Je wordt 4 weken ingewerkt door een ervaren monteur en daarna draai je zelfstandig. Bij overname kan je doorgroeien naar volwaardig servicemonteur of misschien wel installatiemonteur. Dan zal men ook storingen gaan draaien, maar dat is enorm goed geregeld binnen de organisatie en is op het moment nog niet aan de orde. Zoals al beschreven krijg je een prachtige bus mee met goed gereedschap en een telefoon van de zaak. Het komt wel eens voor dat er wat overuren gemaakt moeten worden, maar dit wordt rijkelijk beloond doormiddel van leuke bonussen per gewerkt overuur. Nog een leuk voordeel is dat jouw werkuren al starten op het moment dat je thuis weg rijd tot op het moment dat je weer thuis bent. Lekker toch?
