Onderhoudsmonteur (dagdienst) - Best Introductie Voor onze 8 unieke tuft-machines zoeken wij een Medewerker Technische Dienst. Jij houdt het machinepark en de installaties in topconditie, voorkomt en verhelpt storingen en voert (preventief) onderhoud en controles uit. Met jouw expertise lever je daarmee direct een bijdrage aan de betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van ons productieproces. Daarnaast pak je diverse facilitaire werkzaamheden op, zoals kleine reparaties en onderhoud aan gebouw en voorzieningen. Organisatie Deze opdrachtgever ontwerpt, produceert en distribueert wollen tapijten en vloerkleden van topkwaliteit. Samen met zo'n 50 collega's wordt er gewerkt in een open en nuchtere sfeer waar samenwerken centraal staat. Duurzaamheid en circulariteit zijn voor hen kernwaarden, zowel in hun producten en processen als in de manier waarop zij met hun mensen omgaan. Functie Wat je gaat doen: - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren, slijtage signaleren en onderdelen vervangen. - Storingen analyseren en verhelpen, zelfstandig schakelen met monteurs/leveranciers. - Ondersteunen en communiceren met collega's in de productie bij technische vraagstukken en/of statusupdates. - Preventief en correctief onderhoud aan facilitaire voorzieningen, inclusief kleine reparaties en kluswerkzaamheden. - Veiligheid en orde bewaken, onveilige situaties direct aanpakken en het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Je houdt de werkplek veilig en netjes, en denkt mee over verbeteringen. - Plannen en afstemmen van toekomstig onderhoud met de productiemanager. Functie-eisen Dit breng je mee: - Je volgt een technische opleiding op MBO-niveau niveau 3 of 4, of hebt deze net afgerond (elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica, etc.) - Je hebt interesse in mechanische en/of elektrotechnische installaties - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt het geen probleem om bij te springen bij onverwachte storingen - Je kunt technische bevindingen duidelijk terugkoppele...
