The posting

Bij een industrieel productiebedrijf in Bunschoten zorg je dat machines, PLC-besturingen en robotbesturingen betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Je bent binnen de technische dienst een specialist in besturingstechniek en combineert storingsanalyse met onderhoud en aanpassingen aan installaties. Daarbij werk je aan Siemens S5/S7- en Beckhoff-besturingen en gebruik je elektrische schema's en technische documentatie om problemen gericht op te lossen. Je werkt 40 uur per week in een drieploegendienst. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je tussen inspecties, het aanpassen van PLC-programma's en het installeren van besturings- en beveiligingssystemen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de technische dienst en engineering, ook bij nieuwbouw en modificaties. Je pakt werkzaamheden zelfstandig op en denkt mee over technische verbeteringen. Scholing krijgt nadrukkelijk aandacht, zodat je je verder kunt ontwikkelen in PLC-techniek, robotbesturingen en het onderhoud van complexe productie-installaties. Wat ga je doen? - Storingen aan machines en besturingen analyseren en verhelpen met schema's en documentatie - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren en machines en installaties inspecteren - PLC's en andere besturings- en beveiligingssystemen installeren - PLC-programma's schrijven, wijzigen en op correcte werking controleren - Elektrische schema's voor complexe installaties maken en aanpassen - Samen met de technische dienst en engineering werken aan nieuwbouw- en modificatieprojecten Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding elektrotechniek of besturingstechniek - Enkele jaren onderhoudservaring in een productieomgeving - Kennis van en ervaring met Siemens S5/S7, Beckhoff-PLC's en diverse besturingstechnieken - Affiniteit met werktuigbouwkunde; ervaring met pneumatiek en hydrauliek is een pré - Zelfstandig en samen kunnen werken, met initiatief en een praktische aanpak - Bereidheid om in drie ploegen te werken en incidenteel als storingsmonteur in avond- of nachtdiensten in.
