Je werkt bij een technisch bedrijf met ambitieuze plannen voor de toekomst. Wat ga je doen? Als Onderhoudsmonteur Techniek Industrie speel je een cruciale rol in het continu en betrouwbaar functioneren van machines en technische installaties binnen een industriële omgeving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat productieprocessen veilig, efficiënt en zonder onnodige onderbrekingen kunnen doorgaan. Dit doe je door zowel preventief (gepland) onderhoud uit te voeren als snel en doeltreffend te reageren op ongeplande storingen. Tijdens gepland onderhoud inspecteer je machines, vervang je slijtagegevoelige onderdelen en stel je installaties nauwkeurig af. Wanneer er sprake is van een storing, analyseer je het probleem, spoor je de oorzaak op en voer je reparaties uit om de installatie zo snel mogelijk weer operationeel te krijgen. Hierbij werk je vaak onder tijdsdruk, waarbij veiligheid en kwaliteit altijd voorop blijven staan. Je werkt intensief samen met collega-onderhoudsmonteurs, operators en de productieafdeling. Door goede communicatie en afstemming zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden efficiënt verlopen en dat risico’s tot een minimum worden beperkt. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan verbeteringen: je signaleert terugkerende problemen en denkt mee over structurele oplossingen om storingen in de toekomst te voorkomen. In je dagelijkse werk lees en interpreteer je technische tekeningen, schema’s en handleidingen. Je controleert mechanische, elektrische en eventueel pneumatische of hydraulische onderdelen. Met behulp van moderne meet- en diagnoseapparatuur stel je nauwkeurig vast of machines binnen de juiste toleranties functioneren. Dankzij jouw technische kennis, nauwkeurigheid en probleemoplossend vermogen worden defecten vroegtijdig herkend, ongeplande stilstand verminderd en blijft de kwaliteit van het productieproces gewaarborgd.
