Dit vind je leuk om te doenAls Onderhoudsschilder werk je zelfstandig aan uiteenlopende klussen op de verblijfsparken van Beekse Bergen. De ene dag fris je een hotelkamer op, de andere dag geef je het buitenmeubilair een tweede leven met een nieuwe laag verf. Dat maakt je werk niet alleen leuk, maar ook enorm afwisselend. Verder houd jij je bezig met: - Schilderen en kitten van wanden, kozijnen, deuren en andere oppervlakken in o.a. accommodaties, hotelkamers, centrumgebouwen en kantoorruimtes; - Herstellen van beschadigingen aan wanden en schilderwerk; - Schilderen en beitsen van (buiten)meubilair, zoals terrasstoelen en tafels; - Signaleren van onderhoudsbehoeften en deze zelfstandig oppakken; - Bestellen van verf, kit en andere materialen die nodig zijn voor jouw werkzaamheden; - Beheren van de voorraad en zorgen dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn; - Zorgdragen voor een nette en veilige werkplek.
